Pick Up Pelican is an iPad app for teams managing pickup orders in WooCommerce. It brings customer information, order details, and pickup progress into one focused workspace.

See what needs preparing, what is ready to collect, and which orders are complete. Find a customer’s order, check the items and notes, and confirm each status change with a staff PIN.

Key features:

• Clear Processing, Ready for Pickup, and Completed views.
• Search by customer name, order number, product, email, or phone.
• Sort by name or date and review items, quantities, and customer notes.
• See club-member indicators and open additional customer details.
• Print individual packing slips or prepare a combined print job for Processing orders.
• Open PDF invoices and available Square receipts when supported by your store.
• Confirm status changes with staff PINs and record the staff member’s name in the order history.
• Sign in with your store address and credentials, or connect automatically on a configured managed iPad.

Built for your business

Pick Up Pelican is for authorized staff. Your organization provides store access and staff PINs. The app requires iPadOS 26 or later, a network connection, and a compatible WooCommerce store with the Pick Up Pelican Connector.

PDF invoices and packing slips require a supported document integration on the store. Square receipts are available only when the store supplies a supported receipt link.
